Rates: Items are priced as marked but if you are (understandably!) not in the marked for a $200 costume right now, t-shirts are $15, hats are usually under 20, scarves are dirt cheap, and if you just want something embroidered on a scrap of fabric or a stencil cut to use for your own purposes, that'll be probably under 10. Average Wait Time: on-hand items ship ASAP, t-shirts may have a construction delay up to 2 weeks if I have to start ordering both shirts and iron-on online.
