COVID-19 COMMISSION RESOURCE POST

Hi guys!

So with the recent pandemic, there are a lot of people in our DWRPer community in need of help. But not only that, there are a lot of DWRPers looking for ways to help but don't know how. This is a step towards working to solve that problem.

I've seen a lot of people either advertising that their commissions are open or are looking to pay artists for commission but don't know where to look. So this is a database to help link the two up. It's on google sheets, but don't worry, I'll be handling the actual spreadsheet work since while I can't draw- I do know my way around a spreadsheet.

If you become full on commissions or you close commissions, please let me know so I can make a note of that on the sheet!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO COMMISSION SOMEONE please contact the person you're commissioning for all payment and commission details! This is just a directory, I will not handle any transactions.

If there is a situation of an artist/writer not completing commissions and not updating folks on why there's a delay, please let me know and I will remove them from the directory until the situation is settled. On the other hand, if there's a situation of someone not paying commissioners for completed jobs, let me know and I'll figure out some way to warn folks (though I generally recommend asking for half or all of the money up front to avoid this issue).

That's it for now! Much like this situation in this world, things may change or evolve based on what's needed! I just wanted to start simple and see if we can get that running before expanding directory servers.

Won't Icon: NO LOW QUALITY IMAGES, PLEASE! Literally the only thing I won't icon.

Rates: 10 cents or 1 DW per icon, generally sold in sets of 15, 30, 50, 100, and 300.
Average Wait Time: Currently 1-3 days.
Resources: Commissioners should provide their own images and/or screencaps, but I am always happy to help gather resources. I can help find images and provide screencapping services at an additional cost.

Average Wait Time: Depending on work severity, it can be a few hours to a week -- but I try to keep people updated if it leans towards the latter.

Familiar Canons: I know a lot of canons, including some older ones. Check my AO3 if you're not sure. My current big interest canons are Kingsman, Star Wars prequels, ATLA, Fantastic Beasts, Shameless, Rise of the Guardians, Naruto, The Last Of Us, Legend of Zelda. I'm willing to watch movie-length canons that I'm not familiar with!
Length: Generally short stories, 1k-10k words. I'll consider longer if the idea works for that. 0
Will Write: Pretty much anything that isn't in the "won't write" section. For smut, I prefer m/m but I'll write whatever. I've only written f/f once so I'm shakier on that but let's talk. I am trans headcanon friendly and neurodivergent headcanon friendly if that's ya jam. I'm fine with violence and horror themes.
Won't Write: Gender swaps. Coffee shop or college AUs. I'm not huge on AUs in general but let's talk anyway? We can try to work something out! Huge focus on character deaths isn't my thing. Long drawn out fight scenes are also not my thing. For nsfw stuff I have very, very few limits on ships, kinks, whatever.
